By signing above, I acknowledge that I understand the available payment options and agree to fulfill the financial obligations selected above. I understand that failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may impact the participant’s eligibility to take part in the program.
Refund Policy: Any player who voluntarily withdraws from the program after the first day of school will forfeit all fees paid. All fees will be considered a donation to the program and are non-refundable
Our player fee is $350. If you need more time, you can opt into paying $35 now for summer workout gear and contact us for options on the remaining player fee balance.
